Janet Corey took over the store in 2015 and quickly turned it into Fan Tan Home & Style drawing on the expertise she acquired from owning her own sales agency. She's passionate about finding great staples and is constantly searching for new and exciting products to offer and creating gorgeous displays to showcase them. Ila McKillop joined FT in 2017 where she helps manage the growing business, creates eye-catching displays, leads amazing customer service and ensures FT always has a top-notch team. In 2020, Charlie Ward was hired as Brand & Inventory Manager. They handle a wide range of operational and inventory details to help FT run smoothly behind the scenes and brand focused details to expand our brand identity. Insouk Teja joined in 2022 and is the assistant manager, full of energy, happy to help and keeps the shop running as a well oiled machine.
The lovely crew at FT is always evolving, with part-time and full-time team members coming together to form an unstoppable force. Each person brings their own special skills and personalities, seamlessly blending into the FT fam. When Janet started the business, it was nestled near the famous Fan Tan Alley - which helped shape the name. Memories were made in that special place for years until a new opportunity arrived in spring 2021, and we relocated four doors down. We were drawn to the ample sunlight, eager to furnish a whole new store and the chance to provide our lovely customers with an even greater selection of incredible items.
