At Fan Tan Home & Style we like to find little ways to reduce waste. When receiving orders from us, please note that at times we may use post-consumer materials and recycled boxes from shipments from our suppliers. That means that sometimes your box may have other branding or marks in Sharpie and/or a mix of re-purposed bubble wrap and paper to pack your goodies. 

We offer a complimentary pick-up option for our customers at 523 Fisgard Street, Victoria, Canada. At check-out fill in your address, and then select the in-store pick-up option.

Your orders are sent to you through either UPS or Canada Post with tracking. Orders being sent to British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario & Quebec are charged a $20 flat rate fee. Orders sent to ​Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, North West Territories, Nunavut & the Yukon are charged a $25 flat rate fee. Solo sales of Physical Gift cards are sent through letter mail with no tracking. 

Generally, your order will ship or be ready for pick up within 2-4 business days of being placed. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is being shipped, or is ready for pickup.
